Today was my second bridal show all time and my second with Southwest Bridal Shows. I started the day a tad behind trying to pull all the pieces together, but everything turned out great.
PROS: I talked to some of the greatest couples today and a lot of the brides truly stood out. I could totally see myself shooting a few of these weddings, love the uniqueness and creativity of the brides with their themes and non-traditional venues. I also enjoyed getting to talk to some other vendors and look forward to possibly becoming the preferred photography of two additional venues.
CONS: None really! I wish I could’ve talked to more couples, but that’s the nature of the beast.
I must say, I truly enjoyed the day and can’t wait for the next bridal show on March 23, 2014 in League City, Texas.
Check out the pictures.
This booth took a lot of work, but it was totally worth it!
Great booths always have candy! Chocolate is a MUST! But, I thought the Ring-Pops would add a humorous element.
Love the lens cup for the pens, I think it tied everything together, and shows how I adore the little details!
The wonderful Shay Butter (my bride to be) working the booth with me.
Great quality time, she totally earned her dinner on the company at Babin’s.
These business cards received lots of compliments from fellow vendors. I must say the
update to the business cards was a huge smash hit.
Towards the end of the day, Shay decided to make a heart out of chocolate candy.
