Chic St. Augustine River House Wedding
Porsha + Ishaq
Chic St. Augustine River House Wedding – Every wedding we document holds a special place in our hearts. Every wedding poses a little bit of pressure as we always try to outdo what we have already done and continue to deliver superb imagery for our clients. This wedding raised the level of pressure, as I have known Porsha for nearly six years. I have truly watched her and Ishaq relationship blossom into a true courtship and I knew that he when popped the questions I would be the photographer. Porsha spent time planning her wedding photographer nearly two years ago, and not only did I have to remember everything she requested, but I had to make sure that I delivered! So, this wedding was a pressure cooker, but it was easily the most dancing I’ve done as a photographer as my wife was there (as a guest and) as my dancing mate!
Capture our love. Capture the essence of our night. Make sure it looks luxury. Please make sure the colors we choose pop out. Make the people who were not there feel like they were through the pictures. Get my good side Ed. Make sure you get good pictures of the groomsmen they are important to Ishaq. These were a few of the request that Porsha gave to me leading up to the wedding and I have to say there were in the forefront of my mind. Not to mentioned she said I must get a night shot on the pier and I think we captured that too. Makes sure it looks elegant and chic. I would not have it any other way, besides this was the day that she talked to me about countless times and I had to make sure I hit it out the park.
Porsha and Ishaq have one of the most admirable relationships. I really enjoy how they fit together and they have a connection that is strong enough to stand the test of time. When a craftsman looks for fibers and thread to built a love quilt he is sure to use the same fibers that tie Porsha and Ishaq together. I thoroughly enjoyed myself in Jacksonville and St. Augustine Florida and I cannot wait to go back and capture her maternity photos in ten months (wishfully thinking). The Saint Augustine River House is beautiful and these images do not deserve any other delays. Thanks for reading, Ed. Enjoy.
