Dallas Nylo Engagement Photos – It is a real treat to travel to beautiful cities in your own state. For Queen and TJ, their engagement session was shot in various spots in downtown Dallas. The architectural designed buildings are Spanish baroque-style with vibrant artistic scenes, lots of urban green spaces, and sculptured gardens. Like Houston, the downtown area is busy during the day with professionals, shoppers in the landmark historic Neiman Marcus, and restaurants filled with people casually eating lunch. By evening, the crowds are diverse with people dressed in formal attire for the museums and theaters. To people that were experiencing the nightlife at the pubs and bars.
We were able to take some amazing shots of the couple at a rooftop bar called the Gallery Rooftop Lounge at The Nylo Hotel. With every elevated view, I captured something a little different just as the sunset and the evening skies glowed in red and yellow hues. The Dallas Nylo Hotel is a CANVAS hotel in the heart of Dallas. The Nylo hotel is known for it’s art and is appreciated by both artist and art lovers.
Queen and TJ expressed that they wanted a high-end editorial session, and they completely delivered with subtle, yet very glamourous looks. Nothing like dancing to a little Davido during an engagement session!
Queen wore a sparkly and sequin embellished bodycon black dress. Paired with ankle strap and trendy block heels exuded pure class. To further adorn her look, the bride-to-be was bold with romantic ruby red lipstick and defined shimmery smoky eyes. Wearing her hair with long loose waves proved to be a show-stopping choice.
The groom-to-be was also a note of sophistication wearing a velvet slim fit sport coat with a satin lapel and black pants. The white collared shirt with a few open buttons and a white pocket square was a clever design touch.
Queen and TJ were such a blast to photograph. The planner Jewel, from Touched by Jewel, is an absolute blast to work with, and she accompanies her couples every step of the way.
