Houston Engagement Photographer – This Houston Engagement session presented us with a lot of first. This was the first engagement session that we started at a couple’s home. It truly presented us with an environment that was relaxed and gave us some one of a kind imagery. Kelsey and Dustin started in the kitchen baking some yummy chocolate chip cookies. They were regular Food Network host teaching me how to make chocolate chip cookies from scratch. I would give you the recipe, but I was sworn to secrecy.

Later we brought the pups in and relaxed in their living room. The natural light seeped in softly from the window making for some truly rich colors. We finished in the bedroom with a little reading and crocheting. I truly loved how homey Kelsey and Dustin’s place felt with the bold and vibrant colors.

The second part of the session we spent downtown at Discovery Greens. Discovery greens is a place that is filled with greenery. Although it is a popular both family and engagement photos, it photographs so differently every time. Kelsey and Dustin had to fight of the Sunday evening traffic to get these amazing set of images. I truly enjoyed working with them, and I’m looking forward to their wedding next spring! Thank you for reading, Ed.
