Houston Maternity Photographer – One of the greatest things about being a photographer is watching two individuals turn into a family. You get the opportunity to shooting engagement sessions, bridals, weddings, maternity then family sessions. It’s the evolution of a photographer and I appreciate every phase of it. I do spend the majority of my time behind the camera photographing couples, but when that opportunity comes to document the next phase I’m always excited.
I met Patrick and Meredith a few years back. Patrick and I are teachers at the same school and we’ve spent many evenings trying to get the most out of our football and basketball teams. I have documented their first birth Colton (see session here) so it was such an honor to be chosen to capture their second baby Ryan. We set out for the Woodlands Waterway to capture these maternity pictures. Although we had overcast and some threat for rain, it held off long enough for us to complete the session. Congratulations to Meredith and Patrick they gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Here comes the bump, enjoy!
