Let me tell you, there’s nothing better than great glass than new great glass. I was thoroughly excited when I found out that my wife to be was buying me some new glass for Valentine’s Day. This was easily one of the best gifts that she’s ever gotten me and ranks right up there with the Canon 50 f/1.4.

I haven’t been able to do much more than take some test shots with it. I got the lens at nighttime so all the sample pictures are night pictures. I can’t wait to take this out on a wedding or an engagement session.
