A Rustic Engagement Photos are perfect for the fall. As we delve camera first into the beauty that is Fall-ter a combination of Fall and Winter here in Houston we love what the weather has to offer. We get cooler sessions, with deep blue skies, soft sun light and the color changes that everyone adores. I just couldn’t help but share this session between Megan + Alex. I love Megan and Alex wardrobe, it’s super rustic and outdoorsy yet somehow so fashionable and attractive, perfect for a rugged, rustic engagement shoot. They really knew how to have a good time throughout the session.

I met Alex last year during his first year teaching at my current school Alex, Megan and I are teachers so our common love for education made for some cool stories throughout the session. Houston is perfect for a fall session with a rustic flair. Maybe it’s the sight of the orange leaves that nestle along the walk ways of the Bayou or maybe it’s the couple’s sweet poses? Whatever it is, these photos have me swooning! Armond Bayou in Sea Breeze made the perfect setting for this fall rustic shoot. The barns, wooden wagons, the open fields of yellowing grass and beautiful prairie could not be more breathtaking!
