How do I sum up Sesquicentennial Park Houston Engagement Photos in one word? Ah-maze-balls! Ha ha, I’ve been waiting to use that in a blog. I finally did it, don’t call me cheesy.
Love is a friendship that has caught fire. It is quiet, understanding, mutual, and yet confidence. Love is sharing and forgiving; it is loyalty through good and bad times. It settles for less than perfect and makes allowances for human weaknesses. Where there is love, there is life. It is so awesome to capture the love of Brittany and Ivory, and I’m anxiously waiting for their wedding at the beautiful Ashton Gardens later this month.
I met Brittany at school, she is a teacher and the third teacher I will photograph in a wedding this year alone. She is such a great person to be around and it’s utterly apparent why Ivory made sure he made it official. I remember talking to Brittany about tying the knot, and I decided to offer my wedding photography services to her, not knowing that Ivory had proposed the night before. Talk about timing. With love, everything has it perfect timing!
Ivory and Brittany have a friendship that dates all the way back to high school. Although Ivory admits he never had the courage to pursue a relationship with Brittany he says he’s always liked her. Years after high school, they sparked some conversations and capture the love that alluded them in high school.
We set out for downtown Houston to take some amazing pictures. I could go on and on about this couple, but I know you all came here to see the photos. I won’t keep them from you any longer. Enjoy!
