South Asain Wedding Ashelynn Manor – Unique. Colorful, intimate, a worship experience is a few adjectives that I would use to describe Biji and David’s South Asian Wedidng at Ashelynn Manor. It was a beauty Sunday in late February when we got the opportunity to capture our first Indian wedding. David and Biji (also known as Reba) shared a special union at the beautiful Ashelynn Manor that was one of epic proportions.
Reba envisioned her wedding day: My wedding is going to be a small wedding. The colors are eggplant purple and champagne. With all the chandeliers at the venue, my vision is going with a classy night out. Our ceremony is going to be different- more so like a worship service, just as I have always wanted! For those that don’t know our story, I hope our guests see the goodness and grace that God has given us, to allow this day to happen.
The grounds were immaculate, and although rain was in the forecast it stayed away all day except for a small 1-2 minute sprinkle right before the reception. They met through David’s sister who introduced them and their first unofficial date and was him taking her our on his shiny red motorcycle. Reba was admittedly nervous. Reba recalled him proposing to her in their PJs in the living room, such an intimate memory that mimicked the intimacy of their wedding day. Cheers to the happy couple and salutations for many, many happy years of marital bliss! Thanks for reading, Ed.
