Although I have shoot many Star Fleet Yachts Weddings, each wedding is its on finger print, none are the same, and that is quite evident with Gumi & Andrew’s union. This was one of the highlights of August, as it was the last wedding for the month!

While living in Kazakhstan, Andrew found his soon to be bride, Gulmira. It didn’t take me long to realize that they had a unique passion, love and connection towards one another. It was such experience to get the opportunity to document this wedding felt with laughter during the prep, ceremony and especially the reception. I do not like to compare weddings as they all have a special place, but the genuine joy in this union was unparalleled.

I met Gulmira the morning of the wedding and although she had a little apprehension in me capturing her special day the way she’s saw other couples on my website she quickly relaxed when I reminded her that we capture the moments. From that moment forward, her and Andrew provided plenty of moments that were worth capturing. From the carefree prep, to the emotional first dance, to the crowd enclosed final dance, one can see all the emotions and moments of their wedding day.

We set out for the beautiful Star Fleet Yachts for the wedding. It was a cool day that provided the perfect backdrop for pictures on the bow of the boat. We may have captured one of my favorite images of the year when Andrew took a soft bite onto Gumi’s shoulder! The look on her face was price, take a look below and let me know what you think.
