Urban Romance Houston Engagement Photos – Energy! This is the greatest attribute that a couple can bring to an engagement session. Probably equally as important is having the chemistry that is essential to making the images look genuine. Brandi and DeMon did not disappoint in these categories and the engagement session was a huge success because of it.

From consultation to engagement session I believe I develop a good sense of what the couple will be like on their wedding day. I have never had a client show so much more of their true personality from a consultation to an engagement session as I did with DeMon. He was so calm and collected at the consultation to see him out there cracking jokes and being the life of the session was a complete surprise. Their chemistry both on and off the camera is truly inspiring and one in which I’m sure their friends and family admire.

We started at the graffiti wall near downtown. We choose this location as it was full of life and had vivid colors. DeMon and Brandi wanted a backdrop that would match their personalities and I have to say this was the perfect fit! They looked so complimenting to this scene and getting out there before the Houston heat bears down on us was a great.

We finished at a studio close to downtown with roses and wine. We wanted to ratchet up the romance and of course the lovely couple delivered. Kathy Reynolds of K&A Artistic Events did an amazing job on the décor. This was a very thought out engagement session that had a master plan and a superb deliver and execution.
