I met Kyle (Noah’s Dad) while teaching at our school a little over two years ago. He and I both coach the football and the basketball teams for our middle school. Back then, Kyle and his lovely wife Lindsay was trying to have a baby. So, when Kyle came up to me earlier this school year, during basketball season, and had the biggest smile on his face I knew what he had to say before he said it. He was having a child, and how fitting a guy who loves baseball starts the expansion of his family with a baby boy. I know Kyle will make a good father, and he has a beautiful boy to give hunting lessons much like the one he gave me last summer.
When I met Lindsay (Noah’s mom) she has such a calming spirit. I know that calm will only help with raising a newborn and later a toddler. They have a beautiful home, and when I arrived I envisioned how happy baby Noah will be growing up there. They are both from Weimer, Texas and it was a pleasant surprise to have Kyle’s mom, come to the big reveal.
The session was utterly flawless! We had our baby beanbag set up with a few chee-wraps and some knitted cocoons. White noise always keeps the baby calm and it was good to have that readily accessible. Noah started out the session wide-awake, but he didn’t make one peep. After his feeding, he was off to sleep heaven-counting sheep. He posed perfectly, and made my job super easy. We cranked the temperature up to a toasty 80 degrees, which ensured he stayed comfy throughout the session. After some standard newborn poses we finished up with some lifestyle images of mom, dad and baby Noah.
I can’t keep you from these images any longer.
